Recommendation Vote Results, Info, and TA Changes Flyer

The Local 201 Stewards Council Recommendation Vote has just concluded and this informational flyer will be in the shop tomorrow outlining the changes in the TA, results of the recommendation votes, membership informational meeting and regular and absentee voting information.

CHANGES IN NEW TENTATIVE AGREEMENT

Wages

  • Added four fixed $0.20 COLA adjustments to be implemented in June 2020, 2021, 2022, and April 2023
  • Added one additional $0.20 General Wage increase in 2022
  • Reduced ACP from $1200 in 2021 to $1000, and from $1800 to $1000 in 2022

Health Care

  •  Contributions increase by 4.9% on years 2021, 2022, and 2023 instead of 5.9%

Renewal of Expired Benefits

            All negotiated benefits that expired due to contract expiration or Tentative Agreement (TA) rejection are included in the new TA.

Retirement Benefits - Pension increases, Pension Supplements, and RSP/ACRC

Job Loss Benefits – SERO, SERO 30, Plant Closing Pension Option (PCPO)

Ratification Bonus: $1500 ratification bonus, if ratified by August 15th paid on September 1, 2019

Local 201 Stewards Council – Accept (19 – 11)

 

INFORMATIONAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING MONDAY

at St Michael's Hall, 25 Elmwood Ave, Lynn MA at 12:15pm and 3:15pm on August 12th.  We encourage all members to attend and participate. 

 

MEMBERSHIP VOTE

Regular voting will take place August 13th, from 6:00am to 5:00pm above the cafeteria, onsite in Building 96-2 and at the Union Hall. 

Absentee voting will be at the Union Hall, 112 Exchange St, Lynn MA from 8am - 4pm on August 9th and August 12th.
